Stay on your off season training with a quick and intense 45 minutes of Pitcher specific training, two night per week (Wed/Sun).

Dennis Long will put pitchers through a complete pitchers arm, core, and body training program to help avoid nagging injuries and increase skills.


Available by single class or package of classes.
